This is the kind of wedding which makes you fall in love with weddings again as a vendor.

Michelle and Kenny have so much love for each other and it was an honor to witness their first day of marriage.

The day started at Butler Country Club with the ladies getting ready in the locker room. The guys showed up ready and then there was a lovely and emotional first look where the couple shared private vows with each other.
The sun was shining – it was such a gorgeous day and days like this are the reason that fall weddings are so popular.

This wedding party was wonderful – they didn’t complain as we traipsed around to avoid the golfers teeing off! Michelle had such a positive attitude – she was willing to get her dress dirty as long as she was having fun. I love their joy together!

After the first look and photos on the grounds, the ceremony was held as the sun set behind the golf club. One of my favorite things was that right after the ceremony, the couple’s cocktail hour was held on the beautiful patio and the staff served the signature drinks right to the guests rather than wait for them to ask for it. I even saw people getting margaritas – talk about an open bar!

The sun shines right through the reception windows and lights up the whole room – and we booked it down to the bridge for sunset shots while the sweet staff held the bride and groom’s meals – what wonderful service!
Michelle kept things simple and sweet – the bridesmaids were decorating the ceremony space prior to the service and she was so easygoing about it. Michelle and Kenny have such a sweet and genuine nature about them – these wedding days make you love your job and just absorb all the positive energy and good vibes of these two young people in love!
