Katie and Diego planned a beautiful day at Armstrong Farms Fieldstone Barn. The weather was in the 70’s – so not too warm, just as Katie wanted for a spring wedding.

One of Katie’s favorite features of the wedding was the florals – lots of white anemones with some light pink and blue flowers – but without looking wintery.

The ladies got ready at the house next to Fieldstone and the groom and attendants were at Drake’s Cottage nearby. This wedding featured a groomslady as one of the “best men” – we love to see wedding parties not fall along gendered lines.

The wind was kicking up for photos but Katie wanted some veil flowing photos, so that worked out well! The couple had an outdoor ceremony with dove release – we don’t get to see these often in our career but Katie’s cousin is starting a dove release business, so she brought the birds – such a fun surprise for everyone!

One fun touch this couple had was a signature drink and drink menu featuring their two cats Ziti and Rigatoni.

Also – they had temporary tattoos with their names and wedding date – that was a big hit and something unique we hadn’t seen before!

Everyone enjoyed the live band, we had some incredible sunset views for golden hour photos, and at the end of the evening, the couple did a send off with their wedding party with lighted balloons. It was such a wonderful day!
